P51-C Cobra Jet/Hiram 5” Black Intake

DIRECTIONS for installer: After removing the stock/current intake. Loosen and rotate horn (8mm) down (show in last pics) To provide as much room for the filter as possible, Tighten filter onto the intake pipe 2”-3” deep, Carefully negotiate the filter down into the pocket past the harness and the back of the headlight clearing the frame (use your free hand to help this) It will drop into the pocket, Install the coupler onto the pipe approximately 4” inches in, Install the coupler over the throttle body, Then position the pipe accordingly with hood clearance in mind. Install and tighten clamps last, Install and plug in maf sensor finally. Will not fit Mach 1 or Gt350 if you have an oil cooler in the fender pocket as it is in the way. Not without modification anyway.
